No. Our AGCO raffle licence (RAF1493441, valid Aug. 01, 2025 — June 30, 2026) limits ticket sales to buyers physically located in the province.
Yes — with one exception. Members of the executive directly involved in running the draw can’t enter.
They’re generated the instant your payment clears. You’ll see them on the confirmation screen and again in your email receipt.
Once an order is confirmed, sales are final. The one exception is a cancelled draw — then every ticket holder is refunded automatically.
Yes. Payments run through a PCI-compliant processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Single entries start at $5. Bundle pricing drops the per-ticket cost to as little as $2 in the largest pack. The full price list appears at checkout before you pay.
You can pay with your own card, but every ticket is registered to one name, email, and phone — and only the registered holder can be paid out.

A random number generator approved under our AGCO licence selects one ticket from every entry sold for that draw.
We post the new date here and email everyone holding a ticket. Tickets you already bought stay valid.
Yes. A neutral observer, separate from the club executive, witnesses each draw, and their attestation is filed with the AGCO licence record.
We reach the winning ticket holder directly using the email and phone on file. You’ll confirm your identity and ticket number before payout.
Prizes go out by e-transfer or cheque within seven business days of completed verification.
It’s held in trust and handled in line with AGCO rules. The full detail is on the Rules page.
Only with your written consent. The AGCO does require a basic confirmation that a winner has been paid, but your full name and photo are never released without permission.
In Canada, lottery and raffle winnings aren’t taxable income. If you’re unsure how a prize affects your situation, check with an accountant.
Half of every ticket goes to Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia — coaching salaries, equipment upgrades, travel for competitive athletes, and access subsidies.
